Our Policies
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 4 hours before the beginning of your appointment . We charge a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. You have up to 4 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. No-shows, reschedules, and late cancel fee's are charged per service. If you are running behind please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to fit you into the next available time slot. Late Cancel, Reschedules, Missed Appointment Times and No Show less than 4 hrs in advance are charged fee's PER SERVICE. The fee is 50% of each services price.​

We are kid friendly. You may bring in 1 child at a time. It is your job to bring entertainment for your child. They must stay in the seating provided or in a stroller. Anything broken or ruined will be charged to your card and must be paid for immediately. We do share walls with other businesses, if your child is loud, running around, ect., you will be asked to leave and will be required to pay for all services booked whether we finish or not.

We source the finest products for our skincare, tanning and all other items. If you have any questions about our products before purchasing, please do not hesitate to ask us. We cannot guarantee that customers will not experience skin reactions and cannot be held responsible should any occur. We are completely transparent in our ingredient listings, so please read them if listed or research products carefully before placing an order and purchasing. Your sensitivities are your responsibility.
If you are attempting a return, shipping will not be refunded, return shipping is not covered. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you a text to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
